Veluna Press sells digital products through Payhip. This page says what is collected, who holds it, and how to have it removed.

What is collected. When you buy from us, Payhip records your name, your email address, your order details, and the country used to calculate tax. Payhip also collects device and browser information automatically. If you tick the box asking to hear from us, your email address is added to our mailing list, which runs on EmailOctopus.

What we never see. Card numbers. Payments are processed by Payhip's payment providers and by PayPal. Your card details never reach Veluna Press and are never stored by us.

What your email address is used for. Delivering your download and any reading key, answering support requests, and - only if you asked for it - occasional news about our works. Every mailing carries an unsubscribe link that works immediately. Your email address is also how we find your order if you lose your files.

The reader. Our reading apps keep your place, your settings and your downloaded works on your own device, in your own browser. They have no accounts and no analytics. What you read, highlight or listen to is never sent anywhere.

Who else receives your data. Payhip, for the store and file delivery. Payhip's payment processors and PayPal, for payment. EmailOctopus, for the mailing list, and only if you subscribed. Nobody else. We do not sell, rent or trade your data.

How long it is kept. Order records are kept for as long as tax and accounting law requires. Mailing-list entries are kept until you unsubscribe, and are then removed.

Your rights. You may ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or withdraw consent at any time. Write to letters@velunapress.com and we will act within thirty days.

Changes. If this policy changes, the new version appears on this page with a new effective date.
