1. What you are buying, and what you may do with it. Every product here is a digital work. Buying one grants you a personal, perpetual, non-transferable licence to use it, keep the file, and use its reading key on up to three registered devices you own. You may quote from our published works as you would from any book, with attribution. You may not resell, redistribute, upload to a file-sharing site or a course platform, or present any part of a work as your own.

2. Copyright. Everything sold here - including the Dear Musk letters - together with the cover artwork and the Veluna Press name and mark, is the property of Veluna Press and protected by copyright. Nothing sold here is licensed for use as training data for machine-learning models.

3. Payment and delivery. Payments are handled by Payhip and its payment processors. Veluna Press never sees or stores your card details. Once payment clears, your download and any reading key go to the email address you enter at checkout - that address is the only place they go, so please enter it correctly.

4. Refunds. Wherever we can, we offer a free way to try before buying - in the Dear Musk series, Letter One is free in full. Once a paid file has been downloaded or opened, the sale is final. If delivery fails, we replace it or refund you. The full text is on our Refund Policy page.

5. The reader, devices and offline access. Our works open in any modern browser and stay usable offline once loaded. A reading key may be registered on up to three devices owned by the licensed reader. We work to keep the reader available and correct, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service, and we recommend keeping your own copy of any file you buy.

6. About Dear Musk. Dear Musk is a work of philosophical essay writing addressed to a public figure. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by or connected to Elon Musk or any company associated with him. Nothing we publish is medical, legal, financial or professional advice, and none should be inferred.

7. Limitation of liability. To the extent the law allows, Veluna Press is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of our products or this store. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
